Day-of Transportation

Transportation will be provided on the day of the wedding to and from the Sun Valley Lodge, the Limelight Hotel and Hotel Ketchum. If you are staying at a rental property or at another hotel option, we encourage you to stay in close proximity to the shuttle pick-up locations.

There is overnight parking available at the venue. If you plan on driving or taking another form of transportation outside of the shuttles, please arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony.

Taxi & Shuttle Services
Ubers and taxis are not common in the area. We encourage all guests to arrange for transportation to and from the airport via rental car, taxi or hotel transportation.
If you are staying in downtown Ketchum or in the Sun Valley village, walking and biking are easy ways to get around. Renting a car with family or friends is highly encouraged. There is also a free local bus service, Mountain Rides, that runs every 15-30 minutes and makes stops at the mountain base lodges and throughout downtown Ketchum.
